Is PackingMate free? / 轻旅伴是免费的吗？
The app may offer free features and optional paid features depending on the current version. If purchases/subscriptions are introduced, the App Store listing will reflect it clearly.
Does the app collect personal data? / 会收集个人数据吗？
PackingMate prioritizes on-device storage. Optional network requests may be used to fetch public info (like weather) to enhance planning. We do not sell personal data.

Please check your spam folder, and resend with your device + iOS version + app version. If urgent, include “URGENT” in the subject.
